In the early days of the hotel, this room was used as the pantry of both the hotel and the family who owned the hotel before it was opened to guests. Molasses made from the unique grapes of Cappadocia, koftür (tarditional desert belogs to the Cappadocia), raisins and yufka bread (traditional hand made bread) unique to the region were kept in this room. Nowadays this room has a terrace with a unique view of Cappadocia. We are waiting to serve you the products that used to be kept in this room for breakfast.
